Google Rclone Sync – Terms of Service

1. Nature of the application

Google Rclone Sync is a private, internal-use utility operated by PROTECH NETWORK CORP, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. It is not a public or commercial service.

2. Authorized use

Use of the Application is restricted to the operator only. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited.

3. Functionality

The Application authenticates with Google services and performs file synchronization and backup tasks using rclone-based workflows.

4. Responsibility and risk

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available.” No guarantees are made regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability.

You are responsible for verifying backups and maintaining appropriate safeguards.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for data loss, corruption, unintended deletions, service interruptions, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application or changes to Google services.

6. Termination

Access to the Application may be discontinued at any time.

7. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically and posted on this page.
